If you have an Aadhar card but the details mentioned on it are not correct, you would definitely want to change it. Attached is the form through which you can get your Aadhar Card details changed, as per your convenience.

All you need to do is click on the thumnail of the form and choose, 'Save Image As' and save the image to your computer.

Once saved, you can take a print out of this form, if your computer is connected to a working printer.
